Robert  Rindfleisch co-leads WEI Robotics ™  and brings more than three decades of expertise in manufacturing technology, product development, and operational leadership.
As a New Product Development Process Engineer at SMC Ltd., he has led teams through facility relocations, startups, and full-scale manufacturing management.

His career spans medical device engineering and electrical connector production for U.S. agencies, where precision and reliability are paramount.
Robert’s strategic acumen and technical insight make him instrumental in forging partnerships and guiding WEI Robotics® through its growth and external negotiations.

When not building the future of manufacturing intelligence, Robert enjoys golfing, hiking, skiing, and global travel — pursuits that reflect his drive for challenge and exploration.

Lizy Otero co-leads WEI Robotics™ at the intersection of ethics, engineering, and imagination, guiding the company’s mission to build intelligent systems that move the world — responsibly, sustainably, and with purpose.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning regulatory science, financial real estate, manufacturing, and AI architecture, Lizy bridges technical precision with strategic foresight. She spearheaded the development of WEI’s proprietary frameworks, including QKCNet™ and INKubator™, ensuring that cognition aligns with trust, compliance, and human values.

Passionate about ethical innovation and systems thinking, Lizy believes technology should serve both people and the planet. Beyond her work, she finds inspiration in reading, travel, and exploring global cuisine, drawing creativity from the cultures and stories that shape human connection.

Logistics & Supply Chain Executive Officer

With over 17 years in manufacturing operations, quality control, and logistics, Jessica Rindfleisch ensures that WEI Robotics® operates with efficiency, compliance, and precision across its global supply chain.
As Quality Control Manager at Coghlin Companies, she brings extensive experience overseeing logistics for electrical and government-grade engineered products, balancing speed, safety, and accountability.

Jessica’s depth in purchasing, procurement, and systems optimization strengthens the operational backbone of WEI’s technology ecosystem — connecting ethical innovation with real-world delivery.
Outside of work, she enjoys golfing and traveling, continuing her passion for discovery and balance.
